Hey well come back here I am again to one on one talk with you. Look if you want to     start a startup you might be thinking of how I can generate a business idea or why I can't generate a business idea. So basically today I will be telling you how you can generate business ideas. So let's start.

I would start  tomorrow if only I had a good business idea!



Have you heard your friend complaining?

“I will start as soon as i find  the next billion dollar idea”

“I am not creative to generate  ideas”


Are you stuck  in the dark zone of “i don’t have a business idea”  it is your favourite excuse of not doing anything. It is not your fault you likely think generating ideas is too complex. Popular stories tell you a business idea which is revolutionary and changes the whole face of the earth.

So  there are two steps to generate a business idea:

1 Generate new ideas.

2 Evaluating them.

So if I talk about what a business idea is, it  means a solution to a big problem. When you think of a business idea you have to think of a problem and its solution.

So the question here is how to generate ideas?


Most ideas come out of deep observation and experience.

So let's look at steps to generate ideas:


. Problems faced by you, your family, friends in  day to day life.

. Problems faced in your work or your area of interest.

. Problems being silver in other parts of the world.

. Problems faced by companies leading to the latest trend.

. Read Read Read Read.



The last one is my favourite so i hope you got the steps and will implement it .



Coming to the second part evaluating business ideas .

Pretty simple, you just have to ask yourself some questions.

These are:

. Can you identify and profitably serve 100 customers?

. Can you find the cash to start this business?

. Can you acquire customers in a sustainable way?

. Can you execute, i,e., can you transform the idea into business?

. Does the idea fit with your “why”?


Why do you need to ask the questions?


.it focuses on customers.

.It focuses on cash.

.It focuses on sales.

.it focuses on execution and operation.

.It focuses on you.
